If you wish to use any design that you've purchased from me, whether it be an adoptable or custom design (be it made from scratch or a remaking of an existing character), for reasons which may entail commercial profiting such as vtubing, streaming, selling products featuring the characters, etc, you must specify these intentions to me

Permission to use my designs will incur a +100% charge on top of the character design purchased or commissioned

Once having purchased permission, you're required to properly reference myself as the designer of the character on whatever platform you're using the design in, and I ask that you link back to my Twitter or this carrd

If I discover you've used my design(s) for such purposes without notifying me or asking permission you will be promptly blacklisted and I refuse to do any further business with you; and trust me, I keep a very close eye on where my designs go, and how they're used

If a design is transferred to another owner in any way (sold, traded, gifted) I do ask to be notified so I can keep track!

I am more than happy to do holds and payment plans for any of my adopts! I try to be as flexible and cooperative as possible to ensure both parties are happy. If you have any questions regarding holds or payment plans, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me privately!

Designs may be resold for the same price as purchased or less, but not more

If you have commissioned or created additional art of the design, their values may be added on as well

If a design is resold against my terms, you will be blacklisted from purchasing any further designs/commissions from me

Designs may be traded and gifted!

Your design will be immediately revoked and your payment will be refunded if I discover you’re using any of my designs for reasons or content involving: racism/homophobia/transphobia/hate speech, etc, incestuous relationships, and underaged characters/characters that appear underaged

Commission status and openings will be posted on my twitter and FA

I'm most responsive if contacted via Twitter dms (itsmyrth), FA inbox (myrthrae), or Discord dms especially (myrthrae)

I'm a full-time college student, so I avoid taking on a large queue if at all. I typically take one or two requests on at a time, so turnaround can usually be around 1-2 weeks. This will vary on commission complexity, and if anything comes up that may impact turnaround time, I will let you know ASAP.

Please contact me with your request of commission type, along with reference images, and any accompanying text information and descriptions

After accepting your commission I will begin the sketch, and only after I have delivered and you've approved the sketch will I invoice you

If you'd like to cancel your request before the sketch stage has been completed, it is of no charge

If you'd like to cancel your commission after I've completed your sketch, you will be charged 30% the total price would've been for your commission

Any art you've commissioned from me you're more than welcome to use for icons, wallpapers, banners, etc

You may crop/edit commissions you've purchased from me for personal usage

You may repost the images to social media, but I request I'm linked back to my Twitter/sourced.

None of my commissions are for commercial usage at this time

If you'd like a Deva, I do open for custom slots and post adopts as I continue to develop the species and their world

Deva customs start at 115 before outfits/additions, ex: 145 for design + 1 outfit

If you own a Deva I ask that you keep the species name and major attributes unique to the world I'm building, but you're 100% welcome to adapt the designs as goblins/imps/halflings etc in your own settings separate from Nova Terra!

As Deva are still in development and I'd like to keep them unique to their world, I ask that you please don't use them for D&D games or other creative endeavors

Please don't make your own Deva without my permission first, I'm trying to carefully work on them and Nova Terra at a controlled and comfortable pace to better build what I hope can eventually be a fun community for anyone
